We are a micro-bakery in Flowery Branch, Georgia, specializing in 100% whole-grain products. We are a dedicated gluten, wheat, tree nut, peanut, coconut and soy free facility. We also offer products made without dairy and eggs.
Whole grains are at the heart of what we do. For very batch of product, we grind millet, sorghum and 5 varieties of brown rice into fresh, aromatic flour. Our products are made using old-fashioned, traditional methods.
We bake everything in small batches using only the finest ingredients - sourced locally and organic when available. After baking to perfection, we freeze our eats and treats to lock in freshness until you're ready to enjoy.
